Rooffers started with a roof.
Not as a product, but as a decision — one that stays with a home for decades and affects everything that happens beneath it: comfort, costs, quiet, light, and the future value of the property.

We are a team of people who have spent years working at the intersection of architecture, technology, and real-world construction. We have seen hundreds of projects up close: successful ones, mediocre ones, and ones that were destined for rework from the very start. At some point we realized that the biggest problem is not a lack of materials or contractors — it is a lack of organized knowledge and tools for making decisions at the right moment.

That is how Rooffers was born.


A magazine for informed investors

We publish an architectural magazine for individual investors who are building or planning a home and want to understand their choices — not just copy them.
We write about roofs, but always in the context of the whole house: its form, lifestyle, location, climate, and long-term consequences.

We do not chase trends.
We show why something works, and why something else merely looks good in a render.
We treat the roof as part of a system — not as an afterthought at the end of a project.


Free assistance in finding contractors

We also know how difficult the moment of moving from inspiration to execution can be.
That is why Rooffers is not just content — it is also a quote request service center.

We help individual investors free of charge to:

  • understand what they actually need,

  • prepare a well-structured inquiry,

  • find verified roofing contractors and the right materials.

We do not sell inquiries blindly.
We make sure that both parties — the investor and the contractor — meet on common ground of decisions, not guesswork.


Technology for roofers and designers

The third pillar of Rooffers is technology.
We are building a roof planning and estimation tool based on satellite data and GIS. It allows roofers to work faster, more precisely, and without confusion:

  • plan a roof,

  • calculate materials,

  • prepare a quote based on real data.

Today the application is used by select roofing companies around the world.
Soon it will be available more broadly — as a tool that brings order to the process instead of complicating it.


Where we come from

Rooffers grows out of the experience of Electrotile Sp. z o.o. — a manufacturer of innovative solar roof tiles and architecture-integrated systems.
Working on a real product, in a real factory, taught us one thing: technology only makes sense when it is consistent with the form of the home and the investor’s decisions.

We brought that same philosophy to Rooffers.


Why we do this

We do not believe in quick tips and one-size-fits-all answers.
We believe in well-made decisions — made early enough and with an awareness of the consequences.

Rooffers exists so that:

  • the investor knows why they are choosing something,

  • the contractor works from clear specifications,

  • the home is coherent — technologically and architecturally — today and in 20 years.

The roof is just the beginning.
The rest is a matter of careful thinking.
